Nexus Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in March 2006 by two of its (still current) directors, Andre Bouwer and Estelle Naude. The vision underlying Nexus’ formation was to provide premium intellectual capital in the fight against white collar crime and unethical behaviour in the workplace, at a fraction of the cost of other forensic firms.
Werner Bouwer joined Nexus as a director (from an executive management position in the forensic practice of one of the Big 4 audit firms) during November 2006.
Vernon Naidoo became the Managing Director of Nexus during February 2010, after having served various executive management positions in large national business enterprises, his last being the Chief Executive Officer of SAB&T Ubuntu Holdings Limited. Vernon is also the Chairperson of the Institute for Commercial Forensic Practitioners.
Nexus has grown from strength to strength since 2006 on a sustainable basis, boasting a current professional staff contingency of more than 30, from a start of 4 professional staff members in 2006.
Today, Nexus is the preferred forensic service provider to numerous private and public organizations.

Nexus (25,1% HDI owned) is proud of our B-BBEE achievements, having recently being independently assessed by a SANAS accredited service provider as a Level 3 B-BBEE Contributor.
