Nexus Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd (“Nexus Forensics“) was incorporated in March 2006 by two former directors Estelle Naude and Andre Bouwer. The vision underlying Nexus Forensics’ formation was to provide premium intellectual capital in the fight against white collar crime and unethical behaviour in the workplace, at a fraction of the cost of other forensic firms.
Werner Bouwer joined the company in November 2006 from an executive management position in the forensic practice of one of the Big 4 audit firms.
Francois Labuschagne joined Nexus Forensics in July 2012, after having spent nine years at the Pretoria Bar and prior to that, sixteen years as a Public Prosecutor and Magistrate.
Mary-Anne Whittles joined Nexus Forensics on 1 April 2016. Prior to that she spent 16 years at the Special Investigating Unit and a year at in the Sasol Assurance Services, Forensics department.
Nexus Forensics has grown from strength to strength since 2006 on a sustainable basis, boasting a current professional staff contingency of more than 30, from a start of 4 professional staff members in 2006.
Today, Nexus Forensics is the preferred forensic service provider to numerous private and public organizations.

Nexus Forensics (25,1% HDI owned) is proud of our B-BBEE achievements, having recently being independently assessed by a SANAS accredited service provider as a Level 2 B-BBEE Contributor.
